Definition
A result associated with a transition or episode, such as progress, reward, success, failure, event occurrence, or terminal condition.
Why it matters
Outcome labels let researchers distinguish plausible motion from useful behavior and evaluate whether actions achieved the intended task.
Example
Goal scored, object acquired, collision, timeout, or task completed.
