ActionTrajectories is operated by 10xme Technology Inc. This notice describes the limited information processed through this site.

Information you submit

A project brief can include your name, work email, company, website, use case, technical requirements, timeline, and message. Do not submit confidential files, credentials, or unpublished personal data.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to assess and respond to your request, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and improve how projects are qualified. Submitting a brief does not create a contract.

Site events

The site can record limited first-party events such as page views, downloads, and inquiry starts. Event records exclude form contents and direct contact identifiers. They can include a random session identifier, first landing path, referring site, campaign parameters, and partner source. This data is sent to our own endpoint and recorded in hosting logs. Do Not Track is respected by the event script.

The site uses browser session storage to keep first-touch attribution within one tab session. It does not use advertising cookies. A project brief includes the same non-identifying attribution fields so we can understand which page, campaign, or partner led to the inquiry.

Google Analytics 4

On the production site, Google Analytics 4 can record approved public page views and named funnel events. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Event data can include a controlled page title, a shortened referrer, and a static link label. It does not include form values, submitted project briefs, or direct contact identifiers.

Google Signals, advertising storage, ad personalization, and automatic page views are disabled in the site code. Google can still process standard browser, device, and network information as an analytics service provider. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, the control below, and automated-browser detection stop both GA4 and first-party site events in this browser.

Service providers and retention

Infrastructure and communication providers may process information for hosting, security, and inquiry delivery. We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose, legal obligations, security, and dispute prevention.
